Problems with Big Boobs

And social nonsense

bb3

Life is a fact and regardless of size and shape, we must be grateful even when not conforming to a learned ideal.

The problems associated with larger breasts and here we are talking plus size D through to E and F. The first problem is the actual weight of the breasts. If you’re a guy reading this or a a woman with smaller breasts, can you imagine having several kilos in weight hanging off your chest?

It’s not only the weight that can be uncomfortable, it’s what other people think and how they react because lets face it, today people are reactive and have little real intelligence. In times past, the large breasted woman was appreciated for her ability to feed and nurture her children that they have a healthy start to life. But today when growing numbers of women avoid breast feeding and their breasts have been classified as sexual objects, problems are rife.

The human body and our body parts have been sexualised which has created a host of social and mental health problems that society is struggling to cope with. If we were healthier and a little more sane, no one would objectify breasts and women and even men could freely walk naked in public. That idea may seem appalling, but if God made us in His/Her image, how can we possibly take offence at our own body or anyone else’s?

The catch 22

Every girl wants to have a nice bust that fits to her lifestyle and yet most girls who do have a nice bust have problems with what people think and more especially, those who like to look. We are habituated into looking over each other’s bodies and looking is fine. Almost every man and woman checks each other out which is no problem until they start staring or making comparisons and judgements.

The lesson is to carry yourself with confidence

Sociology and health

Perhaps the most annoying thing about large breasts and even being seen as attractive is that some people actually stare and they stare in ways that can cause discomfort. This staring which is often combined with thoughts and emotions of envy or lust is a mental health issue affecting society and the only way to deal with this to be upfront, totally unashamed and unflinching.

Remember to that there is a golden rule in psychology that what other people think, what ever other people say to you or say about you is actually nothing to do with you stop it is simply a reflection of their state of mind. We must also remember that perception exists in the mind of the perceiver and everyone should have control of their faculties.

Your body is a wonder of nature and the vehicle for your spirit. Your body is not you, it is really a manifestation of the soil that we borrow from the earth and return at the end of this lifetime. Because we have adapted certain aesthetic values, we can to a certain extent shape our bodies through our diet, exercise and attitude.

One of the consequences of larger breasts is that the weight pulling on the top of the chest sometimes causes the shoulders to come forward and the rib cage to partially collapse which then compromises the metabolism of the body. Therefore women with large breasts really must learn to stand tall and keep their shoulders back to prevent premature physical deterioration of their bodies.

Another problem is that the breasts also store heat, therefore too much clothing aggravates the problem. Excess heat causes sweating under the breasts which at times can be enough to wet clothing and the perpetual dampness between the breast and the chest wall provides a great home and for bacteria and fungi.

Therefore to be physically comfortable, women with larger breasts either need to wear less clothing and in effect display their breasts to keep them cooler and minimise sweating, or when well covered they may need some sorbent material built into the bra. But it is essential for all women be they large or small breasted to wash underneath the breasts and ensure the skin is completely dry to prevent infections.

One of the misfortunes that befall a great many women is that they react and feel threatened by those who look and stare regardless of the size of their bust. This again collapses the chest and has a negative impact on health. Therefore every woman needs to get over the fact that people look and some people stare. They need to stand tall with their shoulders back. This is both a display of confidence and a means of maintaining better physical and mental health.

Management

unfair_smlSelf responsibility is key. We will need to get over what other people think and develop enough self-confidence that even when people stare, you are not going to take offence, rather you can even show a little compassion because they are experiencing mental suffering. On the other hand, being stared at is annoying, but here this is not about covering up, is more appropriate to give that person a piece of your mind that they may wake up and see you as a human being and not a sex object. Therefore you need to stand tall and carry yourself with pride.

Selecting a bra is a challenge and we must remember here that wearing a bra is not going to stop breasts from sagging over time, all the bra can do is provide some containment to lessen the wobble and affect the shape of the breasts. In terms of health, the bra has nothing to offer and what research there is indicates that a bra is potentially more harmful than useful.

What do breasts weigh:

These statistics are not accurate. The actual weight of woman’s breasts varies considerably even though they may physically be the size.

Observations including some by Lindsey Pelas, a former Playboy model

  • On the up side,  big breasts make a handy pocket for small objects.
  • You nearly always get attention even though it’s often unwanted.
  • A large chest can get in the way of fashion as some dresses and tops don’t fit over large breast.
  • According to some opinions you always look vulgar in regular clothing. Yes clothing can be a challenge, therefore you have to be creative and dress for your comfort, not other peoples.
  • Long necklaces just get lost down there.
  • Exercising is no walk in the park as no matter what exercise you do, you’re gonna bounce, show off a heap of cleavage and even spill out of your top. For vigorous exercise, a good halter top works well and what people think is not your concern.
  • You’re gonna sweat and need to be prepared which means washing/wiping after exercise and several times a day when the weathers warm.
  • Some women use antiperspirants and deodorants in their cleavage and under breasts, but this is not a healthy solution. It’s healthier to sweat and wash after.
  • Despite them being natural, many suspect that larger breasts are fake, especially when the woman is also pretty.
  • Even buckling a seat belt can be a real pain when you have large boobs.

Like anything else in life, large breasts don’t have to be a problem they don’t have to be an encumbrance. In today’s world breasts are seen as a fashion accessory and an aspect of sexualisation, but women also need to get beyond this and embrace the fundamental reality of their existence rather than civilisations perversions.

To be whole, to be healthy and above all to be happy everyone needs to move beyond body image and the fetish attitudes that are taking over. To help improve self image and confidence, it’s a good idea to spend little time naked everyday. You can do this alone or with your family or friends. By spending time naked you come to understand and appreciate your body in new ways.

Life is about living not about comparisons and judgemental attitudes. The human body is of nature and like nature we should be celebrating it, not trying to manipulate and control. We must remember the natural function of the breasts and those uncivilised people who cannot stop themselves from staring need to be pitied, but they also need to wake up. For those women so blessed but can’t cope, there’s breast reduction surgery and massage for toning.
