Health Product Reviews

Introduction

A health product is any food, substance or preparation that is consumed as a food or medicine, or applied to the body that is beneficial for the body/mind in maintaining or recovering better health. Included here are reviews of products that provide nutritional support and protection for the human organism as well as products used socially or for recreation and present some of the anecdotal evidence that the use of these products has been beneficial to the users.

Why We Need Supplements
While healthy food should provide all of our dietary requirements and ideally we would like to get all our nutrients from our fresh fruits, grains, pulses, legumes, vegetables & meats, unfortunately many of the essential trace elements required for the proper functioning of our bodies are missing from our foods and supplementation is necessary for our optimal health and bodily function.

What Are Supplements?
Nutritional supplements are typically extracts of plants from around the world. Often they are combinations of wild or garden herbs, minerals, vitamins, amino acids and compounds known to have a beneficial effect on our health and vitality. Supplements are usually prepared so as to be easily digested and assimilated by our bodies, but many of these compounds taste awful, so for ease of use, they are encapsulated or made into easy to swallow tablets.

Caution
There is no implication here that any product will cure any disease, rather that products provide the body with nutrients and resources to assist recovery and healthy development. All the herbal products featured on our site to the best of our knowledge work for most people (90%) and provide a very cost effective alternative to surgeries. We have checked the manufacturers and their products to the extent of our resources and are satisfied with our findings.

Please note; we do not sell any products ourselves though some products have links to the manufacturers websites where they can be purchased.
